Although they range from simple to luxurious, our lodgings place us in the most striking natural places New Zealand has to offer. You will sleep in a lodge that is nestled in an open forest clearing. It is run by a family whose farming roots can be traced back to 1860. Enjoy spectacular views of Lake Wanaka and the Southern Alps from the shores. In every case, we choose our accommodations for their authenticity, history, atmosphere and proximity to nature. We head out of the Ballroom and follow quaint rivers that run through limestone cliffs that are covered in lush, native rainforest.
